Well they are also available on Aliexpress, and while neither Wish nor Aliexpress are exactly well known for reliability Aliexpress is a much better idea than Wish

Big nerd.

For gaming, your 4790K is better. X99 Xeons have worse single-core performance which is what most games care about.

For rendering, video editing, and other things that like lots of cores this would be better than your 4790K.

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

dual cpu? no, bad idea.

For single cpu, not bad, you'll loose overclocking with xeons.

Unless you have a specific task for super high core count like for webservers, it's not worth it.

It's basically the same generation as your current cpu. You will loose performance in games because of the lower boost clock (3.5 on the Xeons). Combining both CPUs in gaming almost never works without issues.

For Dual Channel etc. you will need double the amount of ram because each processor will address it's own memory lanes. If you want or need something to do workstation tasks like rendering for example, yes this could be seen as an improvement. I would not recommend a server / workstation motherboard as a pc. POST alone is a pain and every so often only works on the nth time.

On a side note, never buy hardware on Wish and expect it to work....
