I cant install Cheat Engine v7.2

When i try runnnig the cheat engine installer i get this.

And no its not an anti virus issue because i tried with a virtual machine that doesnt have an anti virus and still get the same error.

 

Any idea how to fix this?

Why do you need it and why are you so bad at games that you need to do this?

No im not bad at games that i need to cheat at them, im not that person. I am developing my own game so i just need it to check the security of my game and use it as kind of a debugger for when im running my game to change values on the fly.

Oh ok. Sorry mods. Anyway... Actually check to see if live protection is off and it's being run as administrator
