Hey I do HVAC for a living and was thinking. Instead of a hot water loop ( like baseboard heating ect )  you could do a cold water loop. Just like adding a baseboard to you computer room add a zone off you water feed at you boiler or HW heater with the taco 007 pump pulling the return water.

 

The cold side should run off the end of the cold water line to your faucet/sink so you get that fresh cold water when the sink is used. Best to get one of those white expansion tanks for water hammer.

 

Pex or copper will work fine but more length on the cold and hot the better obviously for room to cool.

 

Just an idea and sure there's more to it and I'll figure it out when I try it.

city water would be full of crap you don't want in your loop that's why we always use distilled water for the loop. also where will the water go after it finishes going through the computer, down the drain? i know water is crazy cheap but that is just a Ludacris waste of water.

I'm doing it right now having all my systems being cooled by a whole house loop which is being cooled by tap water.  It's like $100 in water a month (the bill is coming tomorrow so I don't know exactly yet) and yes it's just flowing down the drain.  No it's not "wasted" because it's all recycled in my city.

 

But yeah you get some rather incredible temperature stability. This is with my GPU mining and consuming 550W by itself:

Heat exchangers are the correct answer for "how do I do this".

A geothermal loop would probably be the god version, but I'm not sure those exist in my geography.
