Graphics Card Backplate thermal pads

I was watching some tear downs of the GPU currently own and noticed that there are no thermal pads to use the backplate as a heat spreader. If I wanted to modify the card and add-on some thermal pads, what would be a good one to purchase? 

CPU: AMD 3800x; GPU: ASUS TUF RTX 3070; Motherboard: Asus Prime x570-Pro;

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3; RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V 32 GB DDR4 @ 3600 MHz;  

Case: NZXT H440; PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W; Storage: Intel 600P SSD 512GB, Segate Barracuda 2TB HDD @ 7200RPM
