obs ndi build - tips needed

hi so im getting an old dell OptiPlex 3010 for a second streaming pc do you think it will run obs ndi here are the specs

I hate backseat modding, but wouldnt this be in New Builds and Planning?

He's asking if the build would run OBS, since it's related to a specific application, I decided to move it here, but New Builds section would've also worked. The OP can request a move if he prefers that section.
