Anyone know what the difference is?

Dark Power 12 is manufactured by FSP and Dark Power PRO 12 is manufactured by CWT.

 

Dark Power PRO 12 is a digital PSU with PFC and 12V controlled by MCU, but Dark Power 12 is not. In other words, PRO is a much more advanced PSU.
