Need aio/air cooler suggestions for 9700k

Reaches 90 degrees on full load,need a cooler in budget may be aio/tower cooler which supports 4ram slot clearance!

Arctic Freezer 34 is a great budget option. Should be plenty to keep your 9700K cooler. Maybe it will even allow a slight OC.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

It’s not available in my country what others options I have? Will a new 120mm cut the heat of 9700K?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is very similar. But from my experience Cooler Master products are rather low-quality.
