Don't want to tell you how to build, it's all up to you but I would just suggest sending each cable out of its closest hole. Still, it looks absolutely fantastic!

Braided ATX Sleeved Cable Extension in white and covered the black cables in white electrical tape  

 

as for the GPU it is my old ASUS 1080 with some white electrical tape to cover it until the day I can get a ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3070 white
