corrupted video

I have a 1.4 Gb video that corrupted when my pc kinda froze and I closed the game that I was recording and OBS close down too. I have tried to recover the video but online recovery websites cost money that I don't have and I don't have admin password so I can't download any free software. Do you know how I can recover the video for free without the admin password?

You could try to use command line ffmpeg to convert the video to another format , without recompression.

You can say video codec "copy" , audio codec "copy" and could a range ... ex specify how many frames or seconds to copy over from the video ...
