What are prices for the 10400 and 10700? Those seems to be cheaper and are simmilar perofrmance.

why 3 ssds, id get a single large ssd here

For that budget, id get a 10850k and a low end coolder. Or a 10700. For just gaming, there about the same, so what are you using it for?

the difference between those two is so tiny you prob won't notice the difference, also the 'x' models are unnecessary as well... 

 

And currently Intel has the better offerings so I'd look into that perhaps if you're concerned about bang for buck.

Unless you need the cores of a 3700X, maybe consider a 5600X for just a little more..
