Question about power supplies

BuckeyeBoy9303

I'm pretty new to this pc stuff and was wondering if one of my power supply ports support pci-e as it's not particularly stated that this port doesn't work for pci-e on the power supply.  Could I get some help?

The top right port is what I was wondering in the picture.

Also, this unit is the Power Spec SFX 650watt unit if that helps.

The two 8 pin blue ports are for PCIe cables. They're labelled PCI-e. The black 6pin sockets are for peripheral/SATA cables, they can't be used for PCIe.

This is a clearer photo which should explain it...
