Can't delete data on old windows install USB.

Got the USB from Microsoft when I bought windows 10 home + usb. I figured I'd delete the data on it and install a newer version of windows since whenever I use it now, the OS would corrupt when installing updates.

I've tried using windows disk management and aomei partition assistant. Neither let me wipe the drive. Any guidance would be gratefully appreciated.

Just buy a new USB drive, they're like $5 or so for a 16GB/32GB which is more than enough space for an install drive.
