Coil whine won't effect anything, and superflower is a great psu brand especially for 5 month old psu. Such a waste.

You can put some foam inside your pc case to reduce the noise.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

Your Superflower is actually a good PSU. Buying one in your price range won't have coil whine maybe, but it will be less good quality for sure.

As for your gpu, I think the GT 1030 is the better choice from those.

Thank you gor the tip but when i turn off the pc i hear electrical sound

But once my psu overheated and my case is from 2011 and doesn't have fans on it because my cpu cooler is kinda big and my psu is in the upper part on the case. Thats i don't use fans on my pc case becouse there is not enough space

Yeah, no problem, some PSU unit can randomly have this. So no guarantee your next PSU won't have this.

Coil whine is a normal electrical phenomenon wont effect the performance or durability.

If it's not comfortable for you, you can try return it, as it's still under warranty.

But i'm not sure they will accept / replace it, since every companies have different policy for this.

From when is your psu? How many years old? And how were you sure that it's overheated. If the original cooling fan of the psu is removed, then it's not good. It's okay for your PSU to be on the upper part of the case, there are still many cases on the market that use this design.

For under 40 Euros the best PSU's you can get are: Seasonic G-series 650W, Cooler Master MWE 450 White, EVGA 500W. Less good options are the Corsair CV450, Corsair VS350, Gigabyte P450B.

You have SSD already?

If not that money is better spent on having a 256gb SSD.

I bought it before 5 months. Im not sure if the psu overheated but when i was playing games the pc just turned off but fans were spinning and the only thing i was able to hear it was spotify i guess my pc just crashed or something wrong happened to the game. I waited 1min and then i just turned off the pc. And I'm planning to buy new pc case with 4fans to avoid hot temperatures. And thank you for your help

Actually i bought ssd adata su630 240gb but when i turned on the pc i was able to hear VERY LOUD VOICE  (the voice was roo loud that i could easily hear it from 12-15 meters) coming from the ssd. I dont know how that happened because i saw somewhere that ssd dont have moving parts in itself. I opened the side of my case and touched the ssd and it was vibrating so that's why i returned the ssd. Then i was planning to buy intel ssd but i got angry at my pc and didn't bought a ssd

How? doesn't make sense, there's no way an SSD can vibrate, there's no moving parts.

Well you gotta have one, i suggest 256gb Crucial MX500.

Once you're on SSD the pc will feel much faster, i promise.

Just now, SGT-AMD said:

The foam....

That stuff when it breaks down will make a real mess inside the case, and might get picked up into the fans, then who knows if the psu fan will pick it as well.

Well there are many kind of foam, some foam deteriorate faster, other can last a lifetime.

There are case that have build in foams you know.
