Screen's go black and freeze for a few seconds.

So recently I have the problem that my screens go black and freeze for a few seconds, this happens randomly and I don't know what te problem is.

I have a feeling that is is my graphicscard. I recently bought a RTX 3080 and replaced my GTX 1080. But I still use my old powersupply, witch has 650 watts.

I don't know if it is a problem that it has not enoth watts or that is is something else, but this is the only thing I could come up with. Because when I still had my 1080 I never had this problem.

Could be PSU. I would try using DDU and reinstall gpu drivers, if you haven't reinstalled already after changing GPU. What model PSU are you using?

CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Elite V2 | RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x16gb 3200 @3600mhz | PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G3 | Monitor: LG 27GL850-B , Samsung C27HG70 |
GPU: Red Devil RX 7900XT | Sound: Odac + Fiio E09K | Case: Fractal Design R6 TG Blackout |Storage: MP510 960gb and 860 Evo 500gb | Cooling: CPU: Noctua NH-D15 with one fan

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

I use the Corsair RM650x. I've already reinstalled my drivers when I replaced my graphics card. But without that program what you recommend, so I will give that a try.
