Dell Latitude 7300 - headphone audio issues

My Dell latitude 7300 won't play audio from the headphone jack. When I go into the sound settings through control panel and apply speakers/headphones, the sound still goes out of the laptop speakers even with headphones plugged in. I have tried several different headphones. I also restarted and used Support Assist to install Drivers.

When using support assist my issue was fixed briefly, but I unplugged my headphones and tried to use them later and the same issue persisted. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I have the 7290 and know that it loves the bundled software as apart of the driver.

 

Mines using the wavesmaxx software, it might just be a software switch
