HDMI output "dies" after windows 10 boots up

When i start my computer, everything runs as expected until windows finishes booting. At that moment (right when i should see the windows desktop), my graphic card stops outputting HDMI signal, i have to unplug and re-plug the cable and it works like it should.

 

I've updated the Nvidia drivers yesterday but it didn't solve the problem. Do you guys have encounter this problem before?
