I'm new to this but is it possible to have 2 MSI GTX 1660 SUPER VENTUS XS OC 6GB GDDR6 cards linked together  making 12GB Graphics card on one motherboard?

no, with SLI, you don't combine the VRAM on a GPU. This is a feature only with NVlink on Quadro cards.

Oky thanks alot I'm building a pc for day trading wont be gaming on it. Wil the GTX 1660 super ventus be able to run 3 1080 24inch monitors?

Yes of course. Even a horrible card like a gt710 can do that.

Your integrated graphics can even do 3 displays.

Board well I assume you aren't ocing so well the cheap asrock steel legend h470 would do the trick no probs.
