Clock keeps on resetting and reverting changes

Probably the BIOS battery. But just to make sure, go to Date & Time settings in Windows, see if it is set to synchronize the date automatically and which time zone is configured.

If it helps, it is always 15 hours behind.

Maybe the BIOS battery is dead
