Check the user agreement for where you live (replace the "US" with the country code where you live):

18 years old in the US agreement and also the local agreement where I live, your your mileage may vary

I've got a Paypal account at 14.

Though my online birthday's usually 1976, so...

It's against their TOS but as long as you aren't putting large amounts of money through it you'll be fine. I've put several thousand bucks through mine and they've even verified my account.

 

EDIT: I should clarify that I mean large amounts of money in one transaction. I've put many transactions of <$100 and $100-200, but if I did a $1000 transaction it would absolutely get flagged, at which point I'd need to provide ID to get that money cleared, and then they realize I'm under 18 and rip that money and my account.

You should totally do whatever you want, but I am not going to suggest anyone to lie on the signup for a financial service.

These answer was if OP could create an account, which obviously; anyone can lie on the internet, but I just answered what I thought the intent of the question was: "are you allowed to create a PayPal account as a 14 year old"

I have a checking account linked via card that labels me as a minor, but Paypal doesn't seem to care.

I got my account suspended because they didn't like my NOT an RTX 3070 PREORDER listing that said everywhere possible wasn't a 3070, was instead a picture and a floppy disk with an insulting message.

I made it a bid with 0.99 base, shot up to $750 on the first day, 2 hours after the third bid (at $850 by that point) my eBay account goes away.

I made $200 though.

Employers typically don't use PayPal to pay employees. Be careful of promises of online jobs as they're often scams.

maybe hes talking about those transcription job thingies. i did them for a little when i was in between college semesters and they pay through paypal
