New Gaming Rig - AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

Sir Gumby Dammit

Did one for my son a few months back and could not let him outperform me.

Not a big fan of RGB, so even turned it off on the included Wraith Cooler...

Video card came out of my old rig (i7-4700k)

Just got this put together. Now fun time to reload all the software...

No over clocking done. CinebenchR20 came in around 7071....

Fantastic build! May it serve you faithfully for a LONG time to come @Sir Gumby Dammit.

One thing I'd recommend is maybe updating the GPU in a generation or two, but for now an RTX 2070 is completely fine, as long as you're not planning on gaming at ultra high resolutions (4K).
