Is there not some sort of software which shows you clearly the health of your SSD?  Was there not something packaged with it?  Also this issue might not be SSD related.  It could be a number of things.

... and oh gosh just noticed you had an OCZ product :o

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

An SSD shouldn't die that soon, unless you're writing terabytes upon terabytes of data on a daily basis.

Hello guys!

you mean Cristal disk info.

This program will tel you if your drives are ok, i use it myself.

It;s free!

Maybe you have to update your firmware of your SSD?

Check if Windows has used trim support on your SSD, never use defrag on your SSD!

I hope you get it fixed :)

Crap the mention of a warranty reminds me I still haven't RMA'ed my Mushkin Joule 1000 watt psu and it has been 3 years since it broke LOL.  It has a 5 year warranty so no worries but geeze I got to get around to doing this.  I just was fearful of how much it would cost to mail the US and never bothered to mail it off.  I think I set up RMA twice with Mushkin and stopped. :S
