Inter i7 7820hk stable 4.4ghz overclocking guide? [HELP]

Hi guys, i just need some help with my HP OMEN X 17 LAPTOP
With ITU and omen gaming hub overclocking I'm not able to get 4'4ghz overclock not even 4.3(heat throttle issue)

Can someone tell me how much I've to push multiplier and undervolt values

Ps. I'm new at overclocking  

 

My specs are

Intel 7820hk  

Gtx 1080

16gb

330w PSU
