Wanting Graphics Card to Look like Motherboard

So when I"m plugged into my motherboard I like the look of the graphics better. The color looks better and sharper.

 

How could I get my computer to look like that plugged into GPU? I've tried palying with settings when plugged into GPU but can't get the same.
