The only thing I find impressive is the destruction system, as it's very fleshed out and dynamic. 

This is the only thing that kind of excites me too. Around 2010, when games like Mafia 2 and Metro 2033 came out, I was really hoping dynamic/procedural destruction would be more commonplace by now. Even when Crysis 2 released I felt underwhelmed. :(
