DVI Input Plasma Display RGB Digital Terminal Board Module Question?

I'm looking at a DVI input modual for a Panasonic monitor that has a DVI connection, but it is for Digital RGB. Do Nvidia GTX (980 series) cards output in RGB? Is there a difference?
