Problems with MSI Optix MAG271C

Hi

So i've had my monitor for about a year or so and since last week after a week of not using it. I turned the display on and it did this weird glitchy thing on the bottom of my screen is anyone else experiencing this problem?(Only stays for a few minutes) Or could it be something software related. I put a picture and a video of it in the attachement.
