How can I check if XMP is enabled on CPU-Z (I dont want to go to bios)

Open CPUz and go to the memory tab. Take the DRAM frequency and times it by 2 and that is your speeds your RAM is running at.

Go to the memory tab and look at DRAM Frequency. It should display half of your current RAM speed. For example, my RAM runs at 3600MHz, so for me it says 1799.6MHz.

you will know by the speed that the ram is at

if the ram is at 1600mhz then xmp probably isnt on, but if its at something like 3000mhz, then it probably is on

(times it by 2, because well you know ddr stands for double data rate or whatever)
