Pictures would probably help here.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

A nice monitor arm would be a good start in my opinion. The included stands for gaming monitors these days take up so much space, it's actually quite annoying.

You could do a monitor arm for sure. Raise the monitor up to a more comfortable position for your neck and back.

Wireless keyboard would get rid of that cable.

A little headphone hanger to get them off the case and give them a "home"

You could do a large mouse pad with a picture you like to give the desk color.

I don't know how often you use your laptop, but you could get an angled stand for it.

It's a really good looking set up as it is though. Those are just nitpicky ideas you know?

desk mats are nice as well, find a design that works for your interests and it doubles as your mousepad and keyboard will be off the desk.

download.jpg.3ba6ea14229ba1b44c3660e394315418.jpg this one is from SteelSeries and pretty crazy with controllable RGB but other ones are also cool

Monitor Arm for sure

Ikea Plant to add a splash of colour to the space

If there's room get the tower off the desk and onto a stand so the desktop is more open.

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it

Definitely monitor arm. It'll not only free up space and make a cleaner setup, it'll also boot ergonomics. They're not actually too expensive as well, 50 bucks gets you a pretty good one.
