not working Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB works sometimes

So hi guys,

 

I have been noticing something weird about my RAM (CMW16GX4M2C32)

Sometimes the animations of the RGB work just fine sometimes they just freeze.

It even has a triangle when i hover over it, nothing happens.

The ram itself works perfectly fine.

I dont have any clue why it does this.

RGB on memory is controlled by separate pieces of hardware on the PCB. Thus the memory may run fine, but if there is something funky going about with RGB, that part may not function properly. My suggestion is to contact Corsair and see if they are able to assist you. Possibly file an RMA and get the kit replaced if they can't get the issue resolved.
