Everytime I move my mouse, my pc will recognize no input from my keyboard until I stop moving the mouse

Everytime I move my mouse, my pc will recognize no input from my keyboard until I stop moving the mouse. I can't game if I cant use my keyboard at the same time as my mouse. I have tried updating drivers but it didn't work. Will appreciate any help greatly

just throwing ideas there but it could be some conflicts between usb port ... did you try swapping usb port ?
