Frames suddenly drop significantly over a course of one week [CS:GO]

For my current 'Build' I'm using a GT 640M DDR3 512MB for light gaming uses, It was for this reason that I decided to play counter strike since it could run relatively smooth on older systems. However, My frames have split in half without any sort of reason that I could see from the eye. I didn't change anything relating to the graphics card such as Drivers, Boost Clocks, and so on.

Could have been an update with CS:GO that shows the weakness of your card, but I'm not sure. Have to look into it, or did this happen ingame? Could also be that if you have been running in OC, that maybe the hardware performance have been reduced? (maybe not by that much though)
