Please help me with pc build. I wanna build pc and i know how to build it, but im don't know what parts im need to choose to get 4k resolution and 144hz frame rate. I can be under 1500 eur, without monitor, keyboard and peripherals.

Nothing withing that budget. Drop to 1440p 144hz and it should be doable. Either way don't buy a pc now terrible time, terrible prices and no stock

Depending on the game(s) you play, you're looking at an RTX 3080 (or even a 3090). The cheapest 3080 I can find around here is 930€ (and of course it is out of stock), so at least 60% of your budget already.
