I'm building a PC for a small gaming YouTuber and I want your help on picking out the parts!

Will be used for: Recording(obvs.) video editing(obvs.) and uploading YouTube videos.... kind of a given but people still ask that stuff....

Requirements:

2GB VRAM

Shadowplay

8GB RAM 1600MHz+

Use Amazon and/or Newegg

NEED OS

As the title says, it needs to be less than $600 USD.

No peripherals needed.

Is a copy of Windows or any peripherals needed? It's for gaming, right?

Updated.

have them use trial indefinitely, all they miss out on is updates (lel), wallpaper, aero, and other windows downloadable crap. Not missing much.

they can buy the OS later when they rake in some money. OS now cuts into performance forever, OS later cuts into performance (conveniences really) temporarily now.

Error: 410

Or Linux, there's always Linux. Not many games.... but it's still there. Would prefer Windows though.

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Really2n2/saved/46NN What I'll go with, I would go with the 750 ti but you need a OS so had to downgrade a little. (this build is basically what Linus did in his budget computer build)

The OP specifically said that he wanted to have Shadowplay compatibility. Just incase you don't know what that is, it is a livestreaming/game recording software only supported by nVidia GPU's. He would be forced to go with a 750ti or something of the sorts in order to take advantage of its features.

However, I would recommend this build from @WoodenMarker

Ah, thanks matey... I forgot the keep that in mind.... then in that case I'll throw in a 750 to correct myself

The 760K was about $5 more than the 750K. The 600W PSU might be excessive, but it might be worth it to keep for future upgrades, but if not, then go for the Corsair 430W one or something less expensive. That's pretty much it, I just wanted to see if I could include a GTX 760 around your price point. If it's too expensive for your tastes, then go for the GTX 750 Ti and that'll drop the almost $700 to probably $650 or so. Also, you could go for a less expensive GTX 760, like the MSI one.

Here's the build with a GTX 750 Ti, lower PSU, and an optical drive because why not?

CPU:  AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($84.74 @ Amazon)

Motherboard:  MSI A88XM-E35 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard  ($59.99 @ Newegg)

Memory:  A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($61.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card:  MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card  ($164.99 @ Amazon)

Case:  Xigmatek Recon ATX Mid Tower Case  ($29.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply:  Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($24.99 @ Newegg)

Optical Drive:  Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer  ($14.99 @ Newegg)

Operating System:  Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)  ($101.98 @ Newegg)

Total: $600.92
