Does anyone know what case/PCB this is?

I am trying to build my own keyboard but I want a layout with a volume wheel. 

This is a picture I found from a group buy but they didn't have the name of this keyboard. Just the keycaps.

Looks like the board is called "Satisfaction75"

huh. I reverse image searched it and got nothing. can you link to where you found it??
