Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Browser (Google Meet and YouTube) regularly. Sometimes as a media console for watching movies. (OBS CPU encoding for Virtual Cam if possible). NO GAMES (that isn't possible in this budget).

I have made a parts list. As I said, no games. I already have the peripherals. Upgrading from a Early 2009 MacBook Pro, purchasing in Q1 2021 itself.

I didn't realise AMD has a stock cooler, I then checked it up and realised lol (That box is so slim)... Will upgrade RAM (which speed should I get?)

i don't need a 480 gig SSD as I have a 1TB HDD already, with the 240 GB being the boot drive!

I don't wanna downgrade the CPU. The Ryzen APU line has not been updated by AMD, so I do want the latest one. 

This is not a gaming PC, so i don't think that 200 MHz RAM boost will be significant in anything other than price...

At least 3200mhz, 3600mhz is usually only a few dollars more.
