I downloaded it but i couldn't use it because i have a 64bit operating system. And don't you need a floppy drive for it ?

O.o So many things went wrong here. You can use it with a USB. Also, it's this site: http://www.memtest86.com/

 

Works on 64 bit too.

just search for 64 bit memtest, and also check your temps, and disable any overclocks

By pass whatever everyone one said the easier way is to use occt set to to memory for 1 hour, that way its alot less hassle to make a iso memtet image. P.s to many kids on these fourms making stupid suggestings

the bluescreen has something to do with my ati drivers but how do I fix this ? 

 

I already uninstalled an reinstalled the drivers and updated them the problem has something to do with atikmdag.sys
