is your college assigning you a project you have to make? are they just telling you to create something using thwe skills you've accumulated so far? your question is exceedingly vague.

I believe the correct question is:
Why is project?

But does anyone ask How is project?

Usually a project is a long term assignment that requires planning & several weeks of work. In the final semester/session of college, they sometimes call it a Capstone Project. "This is the Capstone of what you've done here." The biggest thing you will do at the college. Everything from the past 4 years lead up to this moment & this project. Did you pay attention in class & remember what you were learning? This is the test.

I love lamp - Album on Imgur

@fpoIs probably correct but without more information no one can say for sure.

I do have a capstone project later in my CS program and its supposed to be a culmination of everything i learned in the course. For my project it can either be something for professional use/reasons or it can be something for use in my personal life. It's purely a demonstration that you learned the course material and can apply it to the real world.

As long as you say what you studied in college, people might be able to give you some ideas on what can your project be about. Did you learn web frontend? Web backend? Machine learning?  System programming? Databases? Depending on your answer, you'll get different suggestions
