Can I buy a set of 32 gb of ram and after some time the same set of ram?

Hello! I'll be very brief, so Im planning on having 64gb of ram but lets just say I cant have the 64 now, so, can I get a 16x2 = 32gb of ram first and after some time buy the exact same 32gb of ram? (This ram being the Trident G.skill neo rgb) or will there be any problem?

Yes, getting the same stats is best because if not they will downclock to the lowest common denominator (whatever is slowest, the sticks will try to all meet).  I have 2x8gb 3600mhz CL18 Team RAM and 2x8gb 2133mhz CL14 Patriot RAM in my rig atm due to playing modded games and needing the memory.  Instead of allowing the system to downclock it all (it will downclock to 2133mhz CL18 on its own) I set all 4 sticks at 2666mhz CL16 with no voltage adjustments needed.  When I benchmark I just go back to the 3600mhz kit and redo the overclock.

it will work but it may not run at full clocks, even if you buy two kits of the same speed

Incorrect.

There are so many more variables in play to have that happen, and it comes down to the hardware itself, which he did not advise what it was.

Thing Is right now I can only afford these 32GB, what I would like to do is buy the exact same RAMS, them being 3200Mhz (16x2) and the exact same timings and so on, and later on get another 2 sticks (16x2) with 3200Mhz and the exact same timings, brand everything, would that be the same as if I buy the 64GB (16x4) ? Im very sorry if this is redundant Im new to PC building and tech in general haha :(

As long as you buy the same exact set and it should work fine. If the second set differs in any way (timings, speed, or voltage) there's a good chance it will still work, but it is best to not mix ram sticks when possible.
