Xbox Wireless Adapter Drivers wont install

I have found the driver and fixed it

Hi, when I plug in my Xbox Wireless Controller Adapter the drivers dont install and it just shows up as XBOX ACC in device manager. I have downloaded two different drivers from the Microsoft Update Catalog and neither of them install. It worked before I reinstalled Windows when I was on 1809 but I had to reinstall on my new SSD and now am on 20H2

PC: Ryzen 7 2700 | RX 5700 XT | Asus Prime B450-PLUS | CoolerMaster Masterwatt 600W | 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz RAM | 512GB NVME SSD & 7TB combined HDD | macOS Monterey 12.6.6, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and WIndows 10 Pro x64

Laptop: MacBook Pro 15" 2015 | i7-4870HQ | R9 M370X | 16gb | 1tb SSD

You shouldn't even have to install drivers as if it's the official adapter it will be automatically recognized by windows.

It dosent get recognized though thats the thing.

If you try and install the updates via device manager it should say let windows update find the drivers use that and in the optional drop down list it'll contain the driver you

The one for 360 controllers? If you have an off-brand one, apparently MS broke support for them (without turning off driver signing).
