LTT Deskpad shipment

Hey guys! Does anyone know if LTTStore.com has shipped their Deskpads yet?

 

Cus I placed an order back on 13th December for a Deskpad and Beanie hat and I got an email saying my order is confirmed but I haven't heard a peep since then,,,

Everytime I click on the link in the email to view my order, all I see is -

 

Your order is confirmed

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

 

But it's been nearly three weeks and I thought they were gonna ship them just before Christmas.

Not having a moan as I know these are tough times but just wondered what the status/ETA is currently before anyone starts flaming me

Ordered mine on the 12th, shipped on the 15th, delivered on the 26th.  I ordered one of the smaller sizes - maybe that helped?

I think I see the banner almost since beginning of December saying that they can't guarantee shipping before Christmass (or for Christmas). You can send another email, but considering the holiday time and them still being just fan-merch shop for media company, they might start to check on emails and order status when they are back work on Sunday. So that in mind, if you haven't received anything by the end of next week, then it really is late.

I have a tracking number but its been stuck in pre-shipment for about 2 weeks. Sent in a ticket last week, hopefully hear back this week

The larger sizes have been out of stock and on presale for a while, as far as I'm aware.

They definitely started shipping, I got mine well before xmas but the launch was a MASSIVE success and with it being as close to the holiday season there is no way they got all their orders done before people had time off and the logistics company they work with is pretty small if I recall right. Id just continue to be patient

Yeah as long as USPS didn't lose it or something im good. My first order from LTT so not sure if it takes longer to get to the states

Update - Got an email saying it's been dispatched and got a tracking number to follow it along its journey,

 

So yeah... a bit of patience required   hope this helps anybody else that is currently waiting for an update on their orders.

Yeah.. I got my tracking number on 1/1/21, but it's still in "pre-shipment" with USPS awaiting my package as of today. Not sure if that's because it has to clear customs or something else.
