Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to do a mixture of gaming and cad as I have a 3d printer and use cad at work.

Awesome what do you suggest ? Not too worried on what is available at the moment as to more what to keep looking for if it is better

My go to would be the r5 3600 as it is pretty cheap compared to the 5600x and it is fast enough to not really have to worry about cpu bottlenecks.
