How to completely fill res

Ive just finished my first hardline build, and I filled most of my loop, but a small portion is not filling. How do I fill this?

You shouldn't fill it all the way.

It's good to have some air in the system, so that there's not too much pressure building up.

Oh okay, thank you. Do you know how to get rid of those small bubbles inside the res?

To be honest I can't really see them in the picture, but usually small bubbles will work themselves out after time. Just give it a few days.

Edit: Nice build btw ;)

Leave it as is. The small bubbles will go away in time.

Maybe take out some of the liquid. Then the bobbles will go away in a few days. If there isn't enough room for the air to escape the liquid, It will stay.

Its pretty hard to purposely trap air somewhere. A balance act of tipping the case around and lowering pump speed and hope for the best. Opposite way open loops are supposed to work.

Anyone is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong on this, but if you want an OCD approved full res, you could work the air pocket into the top of the rad instead. It looks like they're about at the same height at the top of the loop so the air should stay there. You only really have issues if the air pocket gets trapped in the pump.

Thank you, yeah they have worked themselves out. Being as this is my first hardline build and I have only done one soft tubing loop before, and i'm only 15, i'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I think i'm going to leave it as it is because there is a black border on the glass of my case which hides the air pocket anyways.
