If you can, find a wifi hotspot to download it.

The windows 10 iso is 5.79GB by now. You can expect the upgrade to download about that much, more or less.

Hi, i'm about to upgrade my computer from windows 7 SP1 to windows 10 20H2, i wonder how much internet i would need for this upgrading (i use regular cellular data for this)

For the initial upgrade you will need greater than your cellular can provide, latter updates are negligible.

Your best bet would be to use a friend's or public access internet for the initial upgrade.
