Dell laptop strange battery issue

Hello i have a dell inspiron 13 7373 2in1 laptop. Recently i had terrible battery life and decided the battery needs replacing because it will prompt me for low battery even when it is plugged. Today decided investigate and pulled out the battery looks fine no swelling or any sign of damage. Then unistalled devices under batteries in decice manager while it shoowed 9% left. 

Its been 1 hour since i left it to play some YT and still going. I have no idea what is wrong.

So did you actually replace the battery or not?

 

Might just need a complete discharge until the PC turns off, then recharge fully to recalibrate the meter.

 

Also a faulty battery isn't necessarily swollen or showing anything visible.

No i haven't replaced it. Just checked for any obvious signs of a defective battery like swelling

Hmm, that's strange. The battery may still be faulty though; a battery does not have to look physically damaged to be screwed up. I have an HP Envy M6 AE-151DX that has a screwed up battery. Occasionally it'll last as long as it should on a full charge, but sometimes it turns off at random. The only way to get the computer to recognize the battery at all is to plug it in or open it up to disconnect and reconnect the battery. If you continue to experience these issues then I would look into replacing it.

Its been almost 2 hours on battery without the driver. i really start to wonder if it is a hardware issue or some weird shiSH with windows/ or dell boatware becsuse it hardly managed 30min on battery recently
