CPU ALWAYS 100%?

Every single game I play my cpu is always at 100% even on games like minecraft, how do I fix this? Is there something wrong with my cpu? It doesn't have any heat issues, it says it's minimum temp is 56c and it's max is 74c.

Apps are using your cpu, which is a good thing.

There's probably a bottleneck (but impossible to tell without know your system)

How can it be malware when I only use my pc for gaming? I also have Bitdefender and I scan my pc often, it doesn't detect anything.
