New 3060ti issues maybe??

So last night i was lucky enough  to get a 3060Ti from memory express installed it and all good, well i though it was now after about idk 2-4 hours of use my cursor becomes locked at what i would assume around 20 fps but it also fixes its self after a reboot, basically my question is is anyone else having this issue with there 30 series or specifically 3060Ti's

Was this a GPU upgrade? Did you remove all old display drivers prior with DDU?

looks like 30xx series have a lot driver is s currently. 

 

Maybe someone knows a fix otherwise you'll just have to wait for better drivers I guess. 

 

But what are the temps while playing games at though?

my gpu sits at 60c and its not while gaming its once im done and just at my windows desk top

i upgraded from a gtx 1660 to a 3060Ti i re downloaded the drivers but didnt uninstall the 1660's

You have to give more info to get help here. What power supply, DDU before installing new drivers?

I have a B700H by GIGABYTE i upgraded from a 1660 i downloaded the 3060Ti's drivers from nvidia but i also didnt uninstall the old ones from my 1660

Are you daisy chaining the pci connectors on your psu or you using 2 different cables from the psu? 
DDU the drivers restart the pc then install the drivers again 

 

My 3070 ftw3 ultra will black screen left and right if I daisy chain the psu cables. That’s on a 850 watt Corsair rmx psu

i do have them daisy chained but i wouldnt think thats the issue just because it doesnt do this in game it only does it on my desktop

So it only black screens on the desktop? Not in game?

im not black screening my cursor seems do become laggy like its at a low frame rate but nothing else is like this on my screen just the cursor

DDU all drivers then re-install the new ones again. Not doing to so often causes issues.

never dont that before what does it do, like im guessing widows will reinstall my default drivers after ??

well i managed to get DDU to work i guess ill just have to wait and see if it does it again now

I'm sorry, the other poster has a profile picture almost like yours, my fault. Yeah, reinstalling the drivers might do the trick? This seems more like a software problem than a hardware problem to me.

well i did the DDU and its still doing it today but i did notice when i grab windows and stuff it doesnt do it its only when im at my desktop doing nothing i think its just gotta be a driver issue or something

Interesting, I am not entirely sure what the issue could be. Haven't yet heard of similar issues with other 30xx series owners.
