Why is it happeneing

Did you install the drivers for the GPU (which one is it)? Does it seem to be working, i.e. lights on, fans spinning etc.? Did you try disabling the iGPU in BIOS? Did you plug your monitor into the GPU or into the motherboard (or is it a laptop with switchable graphics)?

Hardware acceleration. More specifically, GPU is being used by a seperate process. Chrome has many separate processes.

INTEL HD series are intregrated to the processor they don't have a separate body for any fans display or lights 😕

Yeah right. OP is using software rendering (/s they arent). Have you ever heard of integrated graphics processing unit?
