The slot (in the picture) on the left seems like it doesn't physically support x16 width cards, meaning a x16 card would only fit in the (in the picture) right black slot, where the other cards is already in. A GT 1030 might not fit there though, because of how close it is to the case bottom. It will fit in the slot, but if it actually fit depends still on the height of the card, whether it's a 1 slot width and all. Plus the fans need some breathing room too.
