Everything on the lowest. Turned the res down to 720p still no improvement,

Just turn down AA because it absolutely wrecks your framerate in that game.

You definitely have a problem then. A 670 should at least give you like 45fps at medium.

that should not be i mean i have a 660 and i heard it can be played on at least 1080p lowest settings

That's not normal at all. 670 isn't near the top anymore but it should still run much better than that.

You have a weird problem then, my friend. Have you tried re-installing the driver from Nividia? Checked temps to make sure its not doing any kind of funky scaling?

Oh, well then in that case it's probably NOT your graphics card and instead is something up with the game  :wacko:

That's weird, I remember running the game on Highest settings with No AA and V-sync on my GTX 570 and it was really smooth. I turned off fraps, so to see wheather I can tell a difference In performance going from low to high and I couldn't. Monitor your gpu usage while your playing the game.

Alright, I started up the game again and I am now getting 10-20fps on low everything and 720p. My temps are fine (50-55 degrees)

Uninstall your current drivers, then try with a different version of them-

Nope, it should actually do better than a 760 seeing as, for all intents and purposes, it's a rebranded 660 Ti.

I get about 40 fps average on High, and I have a 7950. You should be getting a little below this in terms of performance.

With an FX8350 + 2x GTX670, I can absolutely max out Metro LL at 1080P, recall getting something like 50+fps at that setting.  A single GTX670 + LGA i7 3820 should easily net you 30+ fps at the same setting, so defintely something wonky is going on here. Uninstall present driver, run Driver Cleaner (choose nV display) and uninstall whatever that's left of the nV driver in the registry. When installing latest nV driver, choose clean install and see where you land.
