Budget GPU for 4k video editing

I am looking for budget GPU  for 4k video editing. I have following option in my budget

 

1) RX 5500XT 8GB

2) RX 580 8GB

3) GTX 1650 Super 4GB

4) GTX 1660 6GB

 

Please help me to chhose the best poosible card at this price range.

1660, even a 1650 super is good for premiere pro editing.. but if your plan is to use both premiere pro and davinci resolve, that additional 2gb ram is worth it! gtx 1660 is the best choice (for both)..

 

if you gonna only use davinci resolve, get a RX 5500XT 8GB

 

i recommend the gtx 1660!

Premiere pro mainly with footage from Sony a6400, a7III(4k, S-Log) H.264 codec

a gtx 1660 would be fine.. :)
